The estimated time for parcel to arrive
WEST MALAYSIA 2-3 days
EAST MALAYSIA Within 1 week
SINGAPORE AND OTHER COUNTRIES More than 1 week
Failed Delivery

We are not responsible for parcels returned due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • The recipient being unavailable to receive the parcel
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided

If a parcel is returned due to the reasons above, additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery. Promotional or discounted shipping rates will not be applicable.

All re-shipment arrangements will only be processed after the new shipping fee has been paid in full.

Damaged During Delivery

If you receive a damaged item due to improper handling during transit, please contact our customer service within 48 hours from the time your parcel is marked as delivered.

To assist with filing a compensation claim with the courier, you are required to provide the following:

  • A full unboxing video (The video must begin with the parcel in its original sealed condition and clearly record the entire unboxing process until the damaged product is shown.)
  • Three (3) clear photos, including:
    1. Photo of the damaged product
    2. Photo of the outer parcel packaging showing the CN / tracking number
    3. Photo of the internal bubble wrap packaging

These materials are mandatory as required by the courier service for claim processing.

Please note: Damage claims will only be accepted if submitted within 48 hours from the time the parcel status is shown as “Delivered” in the courier system. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
