Return & Exchange Policy

All skincare sales are final.

Due to hygiene & safety concerns, we do not accept any exchanges or returns for skincare items.

Please note that exchanges/refunds are only available for items that have manufacturing defects.

If you have received a defective item, please ensure that the product is:

  • Unused with no additional damage
  • Remains in its original packaging
  • Has no evidence of service, alteration, wear or blemishes of any kind

Important: Exchanges and refunds are not allowed for change of mind, size, colour, or quantity.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Method

Once the refund order is done investigated, the refund will be made via Malaysia bank transfer and it will take around 14-30 days.
