Job Scope:

• Handle front desk & back office duties, attend to walk-in customers.
• Reply to customer enquiries & provide basic skincare advice on different social media platforms.
• Assist in packing, checking, and processing orders.
• Maintain customer records & ensure orders are accurate.
• Support daily administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Responsible, detailed & patient.
• Basic skincare knowledge to assist customers.
• Good communication skills & able to handle customer needs independently.
• Proficiency in Mandarin & English.
• Relevant experience preferred.
