Do I get Silver Tier immediately after registration?
Yes. Once you successfully register as a member, you will automatically become a Silver Tier member, with no purchase required.
When does my membership period start?
The spending calculation period for Gold Tier starts from the date of your first successful purchase and follows a 12-month cycle.
What if I register but don’t make a purchase right away?
No. Before your first purchase, the Gold Tier spending period does not begin, so your eligibility to upgrade to Gold Tier is not affected.
How do I upgrade to Gold Tier?
You can upgrade to Gold Tier when your total spending reaches RM2000 within the Gold Tier spending period.
Is the upgrade to Gold Tier immediate?
Yes. Once your total spending reaches RM2000, your membership will be upgraded to Gold Tier immediately.
How long is Gold Tier benefits valid for?
Gold Tier benefits are valid for 1 year, starting from the date you reach RM2000 in total spending.
What happens when my Gold Tier expires?
When your Gold Tier expires, a 12-month spending review will be conducted:
- If total spending is RM2000 or more, your Gold Tier will be extended for another year
- If total spending is below RM2000, your membership will be downgraded to Silver Tier
Do I need to spend RM2000 again after being downgraded?
Yes. Once your total spending reaches RM2000, your membership will be upgraded to Gold Tier immediately.
Does Silver Tier expire?
Silver Tier does not expire. However, membership points will expire if they are not used within 1 year.
Is the membership period based on a fixed calendar year?
No. Silver Tier begins upon registration, while the Gold Tier annual period is calculated from the date of your first successful purchase.
