For Activity 3: Glow Progress Record and Activity 4: Video Journey Reward, customers who purchased during the campaign period may continue completing their 28-day journey after 31 December 2026.
Final submission deadline for Activity 3 and Activity 4: 28 February 2027, 11:59PM.
Final reward issuance date: 8 March 2027.
Submissions received after the final submission deadline may not be reviewed for campaign rewards.
Reward Distribution
All submitted reviews, photos, videos and form responses are subject to DESLY review and approval.
Submission does not guarantee reward approval. Incomplete, unclear, low-effort, late, unverifiable or non-compliant submissions may not qualify for rewards.
Approved campaign vouchers will be issued to your member account and can be used for your next purchase on DESLY Official Website.
Approved rewards will be issued on the 8th of the following month.
Example:
• Approved June submissions → rewards issued on 8 July
• Approved July submissions → rewards issued on 8 August
The final reward issuance date for this campaign is 8 March 2027.
For Activity 4: Video Journey Reward, the free collagen box will be issued as a redemption reward after approval. It can only be redeemed on your next purchase on DESLY Official Website and will be delivered together with your next order.
The Activity 4 free collagen box will not be shipped separately and is not exchangeable for cash.
Campaign vouchers and rewards are not exchangeable for cash.
Voucher Validity
All campaign vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
Unused vouchers will expire automatically after the validity period.
Expired vouchers cannot be reissued, extended or exchanged for cash.
The Activity 4 free collagen redemption reward does not follow the 30-day voucher validity period. It will remain available in the approved member account until the customer’s next eligible purchase on DESLY Official Website, unless otherwise stated by DESLY.
Voucher Usage & Minimum Spend
Campaign vouchers may be stacked together and used on your next purchase.

Q：Do I need to buy 2 boxes in one order to join this campaign?
No. You do not need to buy 2 boxes in one single order.

Yes. Face-visible photos are required to qualify for the additional Activity 3 photo bonus.
To qualify for the additional RM15 photo bonus, submitted photos must include Day 1, Day 14 and Day 28 photo records that meet the photo requirements.
Q：What can I get from Activity 3: Glow Progress Record?
Activity 3 reward consists of:
• RM15 Voucher for completing the guided 28-day experience sharing form

Q：What if my before-and-after photos do not show dramatic visible differences?

Q：What original video file do I need to submit for Activity 4?
You must provide the original raw video file via Google Drive.
The raw file should not include added music, sound effects, subtitles, text overlays, stickers, filters or special effects.
Accepted formats include MP4 and MOV.
Video links alone are not sufficient.
